Milca Esdaille has over 30 years of experience, with expertise in Leadership Coaching & Development, Change Management, and Organizational Design & Development. She has designed and launched strategic internal coaching programs, and leadership development and succession planning initiatives in for-profit and nonprofit organizations. She’s coached hundreds of professionals, including C-Suite executives and dozens of teams in small, midsized, and large organizations. Milca launched her coaching and consulting practice in 2019. Excelling in a variety of specialist and cross-functional roles—including HR, Corporate Finance, Operations, and Internal Communications—across a wide range of industries and organizations, makes Milca an ideal Coaching and Consulting partner. Milca earned a B.S. in Labor Relations from Cornell University, and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She received her initial coach training from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and is a Certified Executive Coach in Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching®.
