In the face of life challenges, three distinct and long-term outcomes become possible: harm, resilience, and growth. In some cases, people can experience positive change as a result of overcoming challenges and crises. What differentiates those who grow and flourish under pressure and challenge, versus those who appear to endure lasting negative consequences of these same experiences? Kenneth Nowack joins the Coaching and Human Capital Community of Practice to discuss the topics of coping and resilience. Ken will share his research that has identified the 12 practices and behaviors that characterize individuals based on facilitating resilience, well-being, and physical health during challenging times. Attendees will learn how to help influence their coaching clients with these practices and behaviors.
