Instructor
Heather Ramsey is a 20-year coaching veteran. She owned her coaching business for the first 8 years of her coaching career. During that time she helped CEO and founders bring coaching into their organizations. After working as an external coach for many years, she believed she could make a larger impact by becoming an internal coach and helping grow a company’s coaching culture from the inside out. She has moved in and out of internal coaching positions and consulting positions for the last 12 years of her career. Currently working at Varsity Technologies, the CEO hired Heather for her coaching culture expertise. She is in the midst of an on-going organizational re-design to move to a coaching culture by rolling out coaching programs, incentivizing coaching throughout the organization, and facilitating coach training for managers and employees. She enjoys the challenge of organizational development, culture shifts, coaching executives/managers, showing the value of coaching cultures through strong metrics, and training/development of coaches throughout the organization.
