How much credit can I earn?

This event has been approved for 22.25 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units.

Can I earn continuing coach education units by completing the series?

Participation in the series will yield Continuing Coach Education Units (CCE Units) in the area of Resource Development and Core Competency. You will earn and obtain these credits in the ICF Learning Portal.

How do I claim credit for the Sessions?

There will be Learning Checkpoints for attendees to complete after watching the sessions. Once the Checkpoint is completed the claim credit trophy box will unlock.

How do I access my proof of continuing coach education units from the series?

You will earn, track, and obtain your credits through the ICF Learning Portal where the series is hosted.  For detailed instructions on how to access your transcript, visit the ICF Learning Portal FAQ page: http://learning.coachingfederation.org/professional-development/FAQs

I have not received a certificate via email? When will I receive my certificate?

We no longer send certificates via email. All credits claimed through the Learning Portal can be found on the Learning Portal user transcript once you have successfully launched the Claim Credit box and completed the steps that follow. For detailed instructions, visit the ICF Learning Portal FAQ page: http://learning.coachingfederation.org/professional-development/FAQs

I have completed all of the sessions included for ICF Advance but my account still shows the activity as incomplete. What do I do?

Your credential renewal application verification is not dependant on incomplete or complete status. What will be viewed for your credential renewal are your credits claimed/earned. Be sure you have successfully launched and completed the claim credit box (for sessions offering both Resource Development and Core Competency credits you will need to launch the Claim Credit box twice) for each session that you completed for ICF Advance. Once you have claimed credit for an activity you should see a checkmark on the claim credit box for that activity. You can check your credits claimed at anytime by reviewing your transcript.

I am having trouble with Zoom and the Captcha Code, what can I do?

Zoom has increased security measures including the use of CAPTCHA to enter webinars. This feature has been put in place by the Zoom platform and ICF staff is unable to remove it. If you've opened a web page but haven't submitted your entry form right away, that could cause problems with getting the CAPTCHA to work. If your CAPTCHA isn't being accepted, the problem might not be with your reading or your typing, the code may simply have expired. Try reloading the page to get a new code, then fill out and submit the form right away. If you are still experiencing difficulty with the CAPTCHA when trying to enter a webinar, you can try a different browser or reopen the Zoom link in a new tab.

Is there a deadline to complete the Advance Series? For how long will I have access to it?

There is no deadline to complete the Advance Series. It is online for you to go at your own pace. You will have access to the Learning Page indefinitely.
