Communities of Practice

Communities of Practice

ICF Global Communities of Practice (CPs) provide a virtual venue for those with a shared interest in a specific topic to advance their professional development; deepen their subject-matter expertise; and share best practices, emerging trends, tools and tips.

We’re looking for new ICF Communities of Practice Leaders for 2020. Click here to apply.

Each CP is steered by volunteer co-leaders who help facilitate the learning and organize the conversations, ideas and trends that emerge from the group. CPs are designed to promote active participation from their members. Sharing and discussion is always encouraged.

Webinar Presentations

Every quarter, each CP will host a live webinar presentation from a subject-matter expert related to its topic area. These sessions are also recorded and archived for ICF Members to access on demand.

OnDemand Sessions

All webinar presentations are recorded and made available on this platform. There may also be other eLearning sessions that are created by the CP and made available here.  Participants can access these sessions at any time.

Non-Member Fee

We are pleased to offer the ICF Global Communities of Practice as a member benefit. All live and recorded sessions are free for ICF Members. Non-ICF members will be charged a small enrollment fee to participate in each live and recorded session. Join or renew today to continue to take advantage of this great programming.

Once you enroll for a live session, this product will be listed under the “My Learning Activities” tab, which can be accessed at the top left side of every page. On the date and time of the live session, click on the product name under “My Learning Activities” to access the session.

CP Sessions

Below is a listing of all scheduled live sessions and available OnDemand session recordings.

It is important to note that for ICF Credential renewal purposes, credit for a specific session can only be claimed once.  Watching the same session more than once does not warrant more CCE units.  For example, if you watch a live session, and then watch the recording of the session again, you are only able to claim credit for that session for the first completion.

Tips for finding an OnDemand Session:

  • Search by specific CP or credit type by using the search box.
  • For more details on the session, presenter and CCE units, click on the title of the session.
