Dr. Jacqueline Peters shares information that brings a new and innovative approach to assessing and coaching teams as well as anyone a coach might interact with who brings personal or professional relationship concerns and issues to the coaching agenda. This approach is an “all in one” system that organizes decades of team, couples, and leadership effectiveness research into a simple five building block system of Safety, Purpose, Structure, Camaraderie and Repair. The High Performance Relationship (HPR) system can be used to categorize new research, assess team and relationship issues, and also provide a framework for coaching based on evidence based strategies for success.
