Arnaud comes from the field of sport sciences and has been working on collective performance and collective intelligence since he did his PhD on this topic. His work aims to understand the dynamics of construction / deconstruction of mutual intelligibility within teams. In particular, he worked with professional theatre improvisation teams because this practice enabled a “zoom” on phenomena more difficult to detect in classical work teams. Arnaud also uses these findings to create training modules on work collaboration themes. In order to respond to these epistemic and design challenges, he works with a holistic approach and mobilizes notions and theories resulting from the analysis of work in context.
