Internal Coaching Community of Practice - Best Practices for Teaching Coaching Skills to Internal Employees/Managers

As an internal coach, you’ve been given the authority to create an internal coach training program. What do you do? Which coaching competencies do you teach? Which ones do you skip, and why? In what order do you teach them? What does your coach training program look like? (completed over days, weeks, months…) How do you support coaching after the class(es) are complete? How do you assess your employees/managers/leaders ability to coach during and after the program? And finally, and most importantly, how do you measure all of this to ensure that coaching is having the impact needed? If you’ve ever wondering any of these questions, if you’ve ever lived or are currently living any of these questions, then this discussion is for you. This Community of Practice call is a facilitated open forum for discussing ideas, discuss teaching coaching that you’ve experienced or have been a part of putting together, facilitated by Internal Community of Practice Co-Leader Heather Ramsey.
