Jennifer Britton, MES, CHRP, CPT, PCC is passionate about working with teams and organizations around leadership, teamwork and performance issues. As a recognized expert in the area of Group and Team Coaching, Jennifer is the author of Effective Group Coaching: Tried and Tested Tools for Optimum Results (2010, Wiley) and From One to Many: Best Practices for Teams and Groups (Jossey-Bass, 2013).
Building onto a highly successful global career as a Program Director and Manager with the UN and International agencies where she often broke the barrier for youngest leader in post, Jennifer brings her unique collaborative approach to working with clients in the nonprofit, governmental and corporate realms. A major focus of her work is in leadership and team performance, instructional design, and coaching and facilitation. She focuses on how to enhance the transfer of learning back to, and within, the workplace to build internal capacity through coaching, mentoring and leadership. She has designed award-winning mentoring and training programs.
Jennifer delivers customized coaching training for managers and leaders, as well as group & team coaching training for coaches, HR professionals and internal coaches.
