Team and Work Group Coaching Community of Practice - VUCA Coaches for a VUCA World
The Team and Work Group Coaching Community of Practice is joined by Sara Boas (MCC) as she delivers a session that encourages coaches to explore the recognition of their human nature in regards to VUCA – volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity—and how it might then create the ability for a still center in the stormy dance of this VUCA-world. By acknowledging and learning to be at ease with our own inherently VUCA human nature, coaches can gain confidence and responsiveness within the turbulence surrounding us. This, in turn, will empower us to be effective guides and companions for our clients as they strive to successfully lead both their own lives and their teams and/or organizations. Additionally, this session explores each dimension of VUCA, as well as, leads participants in a deep dive of themselves so that we can take the riches found within us as resources for a subtle, powerful, mature coaching practice.
Learning objectives for this webinar include:
Gaining awareness of inherent VUCA dimensions of human nature
Applying this awareness to self (as coach) and exploring its implications
Discovering how this self-awareness can be a resource for subtle, powerful, mature coaching in a VUCA world
Considering how we can apply this concept in specific fields of activity (e.g. team coaching, leadership coaching…)
