As we continue the theme of 'quality' in the Coaching Science Community of Practice we are joined by Raija Salomaa, PCC as she discusses quality issues in one peer-reviewed research. In particular, she presents a qualitative research paper that studies the success factors for expatriate coaching utilizing the integral coaching framework of Ken Wilber and an Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis. Additionally, this article has been published in the Journal of Global Mobility in 2015 and is one of the articles included in her Ph.D. thesis at The University of Vaasa’s Business School, Department of Management in Finland.
